Custom forms for Leiden University
Registrations, brochure requests and donations go straight into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Leiden University works with Microsoft Dynamics 365. For student recruitment, alumni and the LUF, we built forms that work as a shell around part of Dynamics.
The challenge
The forms had to look good and be quick to use. Even when many people use them at the same time. Every submission had to end up correctly in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
What we built
For student recruitment and alumni, we built event registration forms, custom-made and in the university's house style. For student recruitment we also made brochure download forms. For the LUF, we developed donation forms.
The forms draw their data from Microsoft Dynamics 365. Registrations can be edited afterwards. We write all submissions and changes back to Dynamics, where the university processes them further.
The result
Visitors fill in the form quickly. Even with many simultaneous users, the application stays responsive. Leiden University processes all submissions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
