Off we go, on the plane to Cuba!
Hop on a plane to Cuba. After our guidance, the in-house .NET team develops independently on Sitefinity.

Cuba Travel Network had an outdated, non-responsive website. They wanted to invest in a modern platform with a proper content management system (Sitefinity), but their in-house .NET developers had no experience with that technology.
The challenge
Building a modern site is one thing. Making sure the in-house team can manage and develop it themselves afterwards is another. That calls for knowledge transfer, not dependency.
What we did
We first helped draw up a tender document and select an external developer. About a year later, we guided the team through the switch to independent management. Pascal delivered an intensive five-day training in Cuba for the in-house .NET developers, entirely focused on Sitefinity.

The result
After a few months of remote guidance, the IT team could continue developing in Sitefinity on their own. The knowledge no longer sat solely with external developers.
